You know, considering that Jessica Kennedy—the actress who plays Max—is Jewish, I would love to see some Jewish!Silver headcanons in which they Recognize each other. She saw his dick in the Blackbeard scene, right? Maybe he comes back from the sea at some point and finds Max in a hut on the beach, one that would not raise eyebrows among the fuck tents but serves a very different purpose. He brings only a lemon as payment, retrieved from a Spanish ship; Max purses her lips at its bruised state but says nothing, and Silver lies down on the ground like he never wants to get up again. He can see the stars above him through the palm tree leaves laid across the roof of the tent. Max sings under her breath, words that she barely remembers, but there is no one to judge her here except Silver and G-d, who both refrain from comment.
